Online Purchases
The Consumer Protection Law allows for the cancellation of a transaction within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the transaction details – whichever is later.
A refund for the cancellation of a transaction and the return of a product will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law, and minus a return shipping cost of 30 NIS.
Return Conditions
Refunds are granted only if the product is returned in new, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased on the website can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Custom Orders
Products made to order cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
In the event of a material defect, the customer may be entitled, at the discretion of the business and in accordance with the law, to repair, replacement, or a refund minus production costs.
Material Defect
A material defect is defined as a serious physical damage to the product during shipping, damage to the packaging that directly affects the product’s integrity, or a defect that prevents reasonable use of the product.
Minor color differences, natural variations in materials, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered material defects.

חוק הגנת הצרכן מאפשר לבטל את העסקה בתוך 14 ימים קלנדריים מיום קבלת המוצר, או ממועד קבלת פרטי העסקה – לפי המאוחר מביניהם.
החזר כספי בגין ביטול עסקה והחזרת מוצר יינתן בניכוי דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪ (לפי הנמוך מביניהם), בהתאם להוראות החוק, ובניכוי עלות החזרת המשלוח בסך 30 ₪.
תנאים להחזרה
החזר כספי יינתן בכפוף לכך שהמוצר מוחזר במצב חדש, לא נעשה בו שימוש, והוא כולל את כל התגיות והאריזות המקוריות.
לא ניתן להחזיר מוצר שנעשה בו שימוש, נפגם, נפרם או הוסרו ממנו תגיות.
פריטי סייל
פריטי סייל שנרכשו באתר ניתנים להחזרה או החלפה בתוך 7 ימים ממועד קבלת ההזמנה, אלא אם צוין אחרת במפורש.
מוצרים בהזמנה אישית
מוצרים שיוצרו בהזמנה אישית אינם ניתנים לביטול או להחזרה מרגע תחילת תהליך הייצור.
במקרה של פגם מהותי בלבד, הלקוח יהיה זכאי, בהתאם לשיקול דעת העסק ובהתאם לדין, לתיקון, החלפה או החזר כספי בניכוי עלויות הייצור.
פגם מהותי
פגם מהותי ייחשב נזק פיזי חמור שנגרם למוצר במהלך המשלוח, פגיעה באריזה אשר השפיעה ישירות על תקינות המוצר, או פגם המונע שימוש סביר במוצר.
הבדלי צבע קלים, מאפיינים טבעיים של חומרי גלם או נזקים שנגרמו לאחר קבלת המשלוח אינם נחשבים פגם מהותי.
