רכישה באתר
הרכישה באתר מתבצעת באמצעות הזנת פרטי הלקוח ופרטי המשלוח.
הלקוח אחראי לוודא כי כל הפרטים שנמסרו בעת ביצוע ההזמנה נכונים, מלאים ומדויקים, לרבות כתובת למשלוח ופרטי התקשרות.
העסק לא יישא באחריות לעיכוב או תקלה שנגרמו עקב מסירת פרטים שגויים או חסרים.
מחירים ותשלומים
כל המחירים המוצגים באתר כוללים מע״מ כדין, ואינם כוללים דמי משלוח, אלא אם צוין אחרת במפורש.

מוצרים בהזמנה אישית
מוצרים שיוצרו בהזמנה אישית עבור הלקוח, לרבות פרינטים מודפסים ומוצרים בהתאמה מיוחדת, אינם ניתנים לביטול או להחזרה מרגע תחילת תהליך הייצור, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.
אחריות למוצרים
האחריות חלה על פגם מהותי בלבד, כהגדרתו במדיניות הביטולים וההחזרים.
הבדלים קלים בגוון, טקסטורה או גימור, הנובעים מאופי חומרי הגלם או מתהליך ההדפסה, אינם מהווים פגם.
הגבלת אחריות
אחריות העסק מוגבלת לטיפול בהזמנה ומתן פתרון סביר והוגן בהתאם להוראות הדין.
העסק לא יישא באחריות לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או נזק שאינו נזק ישיר למוצר עצמו.
