Shipping Areas
We currently ship Fine Art Prints within the State of Israel.
International shipping may be available upon request and confirmation prior to purchase.
Delivery Times – Israel (Fine Art Prints)
Delivery times for shipments within Israel are up to 14 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or official holidays in Israel.
Canvas Orders – Self Pickup
Canvas artworks are available for self pickup only in Tel-Aviv. Once your artwork is ready, we will contact you to coordinate the collection. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided individually following your purchase.
Shipping Company
Shipments are carried out through an external shipping company. The business is responsible for properly preparing and handing over the shipment to the provider and for managing any delays, issues, or inquiries with the customer, in accordance with the law.
Delays in Delivery
In the event of a delivery delay, the business will investigate and handle the matter in a reasonable and fair manner, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. It is clarified that a delay in delivery, by itself, does not necessarily constitute a breach of obligation and does not automatically grant the right to cancel the order or receive compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
Customer Availability
The customer must ensure accurate shipping details and be available to receive the shipment. In the event of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the need for re-coordination, additional delivery fees and delays may occur.
Damage During Shipping
Any claim for damage caused during shipping must be submitted to customer service within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the product, the external packaging, and the shipping label. Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for review.
אזורי משלוח
אנו שולחים כיום הדפסי אמנות בתוך מדינת ישראל. משלוחים בינלאומיים עשויים להיות זמינים לפי בקשה ובכפוף לאישור מראש לפני הרכישה.
זמני אספקה – ישראל (הדפסי אמנות)
זמני האספקה הם עד 14 ימי עסקים ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה. ימי עסקים אינם כוללים ימי שישי, שבתות, ערבי חג או חגים רשמיים בישראל.
הזמנות קנבס – איסוף עצמי
יצירות קנבס זמינות לאיסוף עצמי בלבד מתל אביב. ברגע שהיצירה תהיה מוכנה, ניצור עמך קשר כדי לתאם את איסופה. פרטי איסוף מלאים יימסרו באופן פרטני לאחר הרכישה.
חברת השילוח
המשלוחים מתבצעים באמצעות חברת שילוח חיצונית. העסק אחראי על הכנה תקינה ומסירת המשלוח לחברת השילוח ועל טיפול בכל עיכוב, בעיה או בירור מול הלקוח, בהתאם לחוק.
עיכובים באספקה
במקרה של עיכוב באספקה, העסק יבדוק ויטפל בנושא מול הלקוח באופן סביר והוגן, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן. מובהר כי עיכוב באספקה, כשלעצמו, אינו מהווה בהכרח הפרת התחייבות ואינו מקנה באופן אוטומטי זכות לביטול ההזמנה או לקבלת פיצוי, אלא אם נדרש אחרת על פי דין.
זמינות הלקוח
על הלקוח לוודא כי פרטי המשלוח מדויקים ולהיות זמין לקבלת המשלוח. במקרה של כתובת שגויה, ניסיונות מסירה שנכשלו או צורך בתיאום מחדש, עשויים לחול עיכובים נוספים ודמי משלוח עבור משלוח חוזר.
נזק במשלוח
כל טענה לנזק שנגרם במהלך המשלוח יש להגיש לשירות הלקוחות תוך 48 שעות ממועד קבלת החבילה, בצירוף תיעוד מצולם ברור של המוצר, האריזה החיצונית ותווית המשלוח. פניות שיוגשו לאחר מועד זה או ללא תיעוד מספק עלולות שלא להיבדק.
